  • Part-Time to Full-Time (50%–100%) About the Role We’re looking for a highly proactive Sourcing & HR Manager with strong headhunting capabilities to become the central people & operations focal point in our company. Reporting directly to the CEO and GM, you will own end-to-end recruitment while managing all HR, employee welfare, and office-related needs. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on talent sourcing with full HR ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, supporting employees, and driving culture in a growing tech environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Headhunting (Core Focus)

    • Own full-cycle recruitment with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and headhunting.
    • Independently identify, map, and approach passive candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, creative channels).
    • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
    HR Ownership & Company Focal Point
    • Serve as the single point of contact for all HR-related matters across the company.
    • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and GM on people, structure, and management initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain HR frameworks including onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, retention, and employee development.
    • Support managers with hiring decisions, feedback processes, and people leadership.
    Employee Welfare, Engagement & Culture
    • Own employee welfare programs and engagement initiatives.
    • Plan and execute company events and team activities (budget, vendors, agenda, branding, and logistics).
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
    Office Operations & Administration
    • Take full ownership of office operations including supplies, vendors, budgeting, and general administrative needs.
    • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and employee experience.
    Requirements
    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing and headhunting, either in recruitment agencies or in-house tech environments.
    • Proven ability to proactively recruit passive candidates (not only manage inbound applicants).
    • Degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or related field.
    • Strong working knowledge of recruitment tools (especially LinkedIn Recruiter) and labor law.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a relationship-driven mindset.
    • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across teams.
    • Highly organized, creative, and results-oriented.
    • High-level / native-level English (written and spoken).
    Nice to Have
    • Experience in Ad Tech or similar tech industries.
    • Demonstrated success building pipelines from scratch.
    • Innovative sourcing mindset.
