    Appalgo is a performance-driven platform specializing in user acquisition for mobile apps. We are seeking a Senior campaign manager for our user acquisition activity. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with hands-on experience managing campaigns across different platforms, with a strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting. Experience in mobile apps is a significant advantage.   Responsibilities:
    • Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across programmatic platforms (including retargeting and CTV).
    • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
    • Proven experience in creating landing pages and marketing creatives tailored to performance goals
    • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in client onboarding and tracking implementation (MMPs, postbacks, etc.)
    • Manage campaign-level optimization, including ad placements, audience targeting, bidding strategies, landing pages, and creatives
    • Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with clients
    • Lead digital marketing strategies based on client goals and business KPIs
    • Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, creatives, and bidding tactics to improve results
    • Stay current with platform updates, programmatic innovations, and industry trends to ensure top performance
      Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Apple Search, Google, Meta etc.
    • Managing campaigns for apps on DSPs- a significant advantage
    • Proven track record in digital campaign performance and ROI optimization
    • Experience in CTV and retargeting– a strong advantage
    • Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and in-app event tracking
    • Experience working with creative strategy, A/B testing, and creative optimization
    • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel
    • Creative thinker with the ability to generate bold, data-informed ideas
    • English – mother tongue or very high level
