As a key player in our sales pipeline, you’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in driving growth.   Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify high-potential prospects, focusing on well-known app developers.
    • Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting through targeted research, creative engagement, and consistent multi-channel outreach to generate and nurture leads.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to present company offerings and value propositions.
    • Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM and other platforms to ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline accuracy.
    • Conduct ongoing market research and trend analysis to understand customer needs, monitor competitors, and refine outreach strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with company leadership to develop and implement business development and client acquisition strategies.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while managing multiple priorities.
      Who you are:
    • Experienced in sales and the AdTech industry; prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is mandatory, AdTech experience is a significant advantage
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
    • An excellent communicator with native or near-native fluency in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
    • A motivated self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • General Description: We are looking for a talented Sales Manager who will become a key player in the mobile performance industry. As a Sales Manager at Appalgo, you will identify potential growth areas and recruit new clients within the app developer segment. You will research new markets, generate interest, and manage the entire onboarding process for new customers. What you will do:

    • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing and onboarding
    • Collaborating with Executive Leadership and Account Managers to execute client acquisition strategies.
    • Actively engage with customers and partners to identify new revenue opportunities and relay insights to product and leadership teams to drive innovation and value creation.
    • Support cross-functional collaboration to align product improvements with evolving market and customer needs.
    • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and ad-tech industry leaders; represent Appalgo at relevant events.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to support data-driven decisions.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
    What you will need:
    • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager
    • Experience in the AdTech industry or related fields- a must
    • Proven ability to identify potential clients, build strong relationships, negotiate deals, and onboard new customers- an advantage
    • Native or near-native proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business, Law, Accounting, or Behavioral Science
    • Highly motivated with a strong drive to innovate and make an impact in your area of expertise
    • A self-starter seeking a meaningful professional challenge and long-term growth within a dynamic company
    • Capable of working independently while also being an effective team player
