General Description:

appalgo is looking for a talented Senior Sales and Business Development manager.

Our sales/Bizdev manager will identify potential growth areas, recruit new clients, research new markets, identify potential clients and generate interest via other marketing responsibilities.

What you will need:

  • At least one year proven experience as a Hands-on sales/ biz dev manager role in the ad tech industry
  • Experience in identifying potential clients, building relationships, negotiation and recruitment of clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, sales pipeline management, negotiation process and deal closing
  • Work closely with the Executive Staff to plan and execute the department’s Business Development and Client Strategy and work closely with the department account managers
  • Ability to be self-sufficient and a team player as well
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
  • A Relevant B.A/BS.C/BLL Degree such as – Economics, Business, Law, Accounting, Behavioral Science
  • Additional languages mainly: Chinese, Japanese and etc
